The house was built at the end of the 19th century as a dwelling house. It was rebuilt in 2014 making adjustments to underutilized spaces to build bathrooms with the aim of making a hostel, respecting the architecture of the time, that is why the floors are marble and hydraulic slabs and a strut of 5 meters, masonry walls in the back that was built first and was what was used in the constructions of that time and brick in the front that was built later.
The hostel has an entrance hall, breakfast room, interior patio, 4 terraces, 7 rooms distributed in the 3 floors of the property. We have 5 double rooms, 1 single and one connecting. All with windows, security boxes, air conditioning, separate bathroom with showers, bidet, hot and cold water.
The double rooms have double beds of 1.35 x 1.90 meters, the single room has a personal bed of 1 x 1.90 meters and the connecting room has a double bed in one room and a personal bed in the other. All the furniture is old.
